1:1 Track Support
At the end of this service, you will be provided with a complete write-up about your riding, suspension, fittings, etc. You will be working directly with an SWS technician who will evaluate the settings and geometry of your bike. They will then debrief with you after each session out on track, to get a good representation of how your bike is handling; and see what could possibly need modifying. See below for this service.
We aim to make this service as easy as we can for the customer. You can either bring your bike or loose suspension to our workshop as we have the facility to accommodate all makes and models on-road and off-road. For loose suspension speak to a member of staff and we will arrange a collection. Easy and stress-free.

Our services include
- A very in-depth set up
- Working with an SW Suspension Technician, they will firstly take a note of all settings and geometry of the bike.
- Before heading out on track we will make sure you’re settings and spring rate are correct this gives us a good foundation to work on for the day
- After each session our technician will debrief with you, ask many question so he/she can get an accurate representation of how the bike is handling
- If your bike is fitted with Data logging this will help our technicians make more precise changes to improve the performance and handling of the bike
- We aim to improve your confidence, grip, tyre wear and lap times.
- At the end of the day, you will be provided with a set up sheet and have learnt lots about your riding and how suspension works
